Offering their big Miami-style luxury residential living and small-town personality, High Pines and Ponce Davis are two unincorporated communities known for grandeur, convenience, exclusivity, and rich history-- and its favorable, family-friendly location with a few choice schools for your growing youngster!

High Pines is a little hamlet nestled between South Miami and the Ponce Davis area, conveniently located smack in the center of the City Pleasant, boasting wide, tree-shaded boulevards and neighborhood residential streets.

Meanwhile, Ponce Davis is a suburban pocket within an already-notable surrounding area, tucked away from the bustling metropolis but close to downtown Miami and the financial district.

With their convenient proximity to South Miami, an iconic area in Magic City, and tourist-ridden neighborhoods like Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, and Pinecrest, High Pines and Ponce Davis have become two of the most desirable places to live in Miami-Dade county.

The neighborhoods are walkable and pedestrian-friendly, too, and biking and walking are preferred rather than hauling a car around for errands.

But, if you ask me, the best thing about High Pines and Ponce Davis is their proximity to great Miami schools-- a plus for families looking for a Miami home!

Indeed, they are two of the most family-oriented communities in Miami!

Here's a list of schools in High Pines & Ponce Davis.
