Is Coral Gables' potential "urban" development on the horizon?
Well, we're no fortune tellers, but we do have some "insider" information on which building projects are under the city government's consideration!
There's a 3.2 acre-mixed-use project, "The Mark," at 1250 South Dixie Highway, a new 16-story 14-unit residential project on 730 Coral Way, an 11,900 ++ square feet residential building proposal at 719 Biltmore Way, another multi-family project on 301 Madeira Avenue, a 13-story mixed-use project with a 12,500 square foot public park on 130 Almeria Avenue, a 9-story mixed-use building proposal with 5,500 square feet of educational space for the Crystal Academy on 110 Phoenetia Avenue, and a residential-commercial building proposal on 3808-3850 SW 8th Street!
A new version of the Ponce Park Residences project has also recently reached the Coral Gables Commission, modifying its original 16-story proposal to 9 stories!
Whew, eight proposal developments in total?
