Downtown Miami NEWEST 32-Story Residential Tower Begins Construction — And It's Already SOLD OUT!

Where: 1010 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33132

When: 2026

Downtown Miami's highly anticipated 600 Miami Worldcenter, a 32-story condo building within Miami Worldcenter's 27-acre mixed-use development, has finally begun its construction!

But before it did, all 606 units had already been sold out — even before groundbreaking!

The units were pre-sold to U.S., Colombia, Turkey, and Argentina residents, with sizes varying from 407-square-foot studios to 830-square-foot two-bedroom units, and prices starting in the $400,000s.

600 Miami Worldcenter's construction is estimated to be completed in 2026.

In other news, the Miami Worldcenter, the country's second-largest urban development after Hudson Yard, is starting to shape up, with tenants piling up for a slot in its 300,000-square-foot retail, dining, and entertainment space.

To date, Miami Worldcenter's growing list of tenants includes Brasserie Laurel, El Vecino Cigars & Cocktails, Lucid Motors, Lululemon, Ray-Ban, Sephora, Chug's Express, Starbucks, Juvia, Burgerfi, Earl's Kitchen and Bar, a Sweet Paris Café, Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza, Bowlero, Sports & Social, and Sixty Vines.

Miami Worldcenter will also include an outdoor museum, more offices, apartments, and condos, and a public plaza called World Square.

If all goes well, you may be shopping, dining, and unwinding at this $6 billion all-in-one hub by the end of 2024!

A 40-Year Project Is Coming To Completion And Life In Downtown Miami Is Changing As You Know It (For The Better!)

Where: across Downtown Miami

When: TBA

Miami's urban core has set out a major renovation project for its key destinations, landmarks, and facilities, and now, this 40-year-old undertaking is ALMOST complete!

What significant changes are we expecting to happen in Downtown Miami?

For one, the long-awaited Baywalk and Riverwalk construction is about 60% complete.

When it finishes, you can walk or ride your bike along the bayfront, from Edgewater to the Miami River to the edge of Brickell.

There will also be scenic routes, public art displays, and easy access to museums, restaurants, and retail offices at the Baywalk.

Next is Bayside Marketplace's luxury makeover.

Word on the street is this beloved mixed-use destination is upgrading to higher-end dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences to align better with the NEW Downtown Miami.

A gigantic iconic bridge is also being constructed called "The Signature Bridge," which will span 1,025 feet over Northeast 2nd Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard and include a colossal feed of arching concrete, double-decked highways, and a fountain that will redefine the Miami skyline.

The Signature Bridge also aims to improve traffic and connect Edgewater to the Baywalk and nearby neighborhoods through continuous bike trails and more green spaces.

Lastly, Flagler Street is going through a significant beautification project, too, and it's also close to completion.

Once it does, locals will walk on expanded sidewalks and have improved lighting, signage, public art, and more room for outdoor dining and seating areas.

Exciting changes, aren't they?
