You see, in 2026, North Miami's highly anticipated "Solana Bay," Kolter Urban and BH Group's newest waterfront project, will be completed at 2305 NE 123rd St., just a 4-minute drive from San Souci Estates, a luxury waterfront condo with 52 exclusive units across ten stories boasting 450 linear feet of Biscayne Bay frontage.

Designed by the renowned Arquitectonica, Solana Bay will offer a selection of two-to-four-bedroom floor plans with open, spacious designs and glass-lined terraces, and amenities like a rooftop pool with panoramic views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a dedicated lounge, and a business center, catering to residents seeking a resort-style living experience.

Another new development to watch for is Continuum Companies' unnamed 20-story luxury residential tower at 12000 N.
