     What's new in Eastern Shores?   

    I've all the juicy "deets" for anyone who wants to know! 

    This charming peninsula may be as secluded and exclusive as the next high-end paradise on water, but it's bringing exciting changes left and right and putting on a grand show! 

     New community enhancements, a rising mixed-use destination, and fresh luxury properties on the market — what else could be next?

     On Eastern Shores, you're only bound for the best! 

     Here are 3 things new to watch for in Eastern Shores.

     Constructions Underway — A Newly-Improved Eastern Shores is On the Horizon! 

     Where: across Eastern Shores 

     When: March 2025 

    Yes, you read it right!

    Just when you thought Eastern Shores couldn't get any better, the city officials come barging in with new plans to give you Eastern Shores' best version yet!

    So, if you hear those hammers pounding, don't go thinking it's the start of the apocalypse!

    It's just our friendly construction gang working on the newest community project!

    Set to be completed in March 2025, the project includes comprehensive enhancements to Eastern Shores' roadways, stormwater drainage, sidewalks, and landscaping, further improving the peninsula's infrastructure and elegant aesthetics!

    We're talking about newly resurfaced roads to improve driving conditions, installations of new drainage systems to address flooding and water management, new sidewalks and LED street lighting, and new trees and updated street signage!

    How's that for a coastal glow-up?

    Well, Koya Bay has its last developer unit up for grabs, and it won't be long 'til the next lucky buyer takes it off the market, so check it out while it's still available!

    If you're curious about the "deets," 4002 NE 167 St. is a luxurious four-level residence with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, boasting a custom kitchen with high-end Wolf appliances, a private waterfront balcony, and a rooftop terrace with an oversized jacuzzi, offering expansive water views.

    It's part of Koya Bay's developer units, so it's priced fairly lower than other Koya Bay townhouses.

     A New Mixed-Use Development Takes a Step Forward!

    Okay, it's not necessarily on Eastern Shores, but if you're from here, you know this beloved mall by heart!

    Folks, we're talking about Intracoastal Mall, a go-to shopping mall just beyond Eastern Shores' majestic gates!

    You see, when Dezer Development purchased the mall in 2013 for $63.5 million, the company planned on redeveloping the site into a mixed-use community with residential, retail, and hospitality components alongside public amenities like a waterfront promenade and marina.

    And just this month, this ambitious project has taken a step forward.

     Uptown Harbour, the newest North Miami Beach development, has been approved!

    Here are the details: 

    • A building rising three stories on the east end and six stories on the west end with 132,000 square feet of commercial space; a 19,000-square-foot gym; a 1,100-square-foot police station; a 13,200-square-foot fire station; a 2,000-square-foot community center and 617 parking spaces
    • A building rising ten (10) stories on the north side and 21 stories on the south side with 99,000 square feet of retail: 177,400 square feet of offices, and 878 parking spaces
    • A 12-story structure with 27,200 square feet of retail, 153 residential units, and 315 parking spaces 
    • A dual-tower structure –– one building rising 35 stories and the other 38 stories –– with a combined 32,000 square feet of retail, 643 residential units, and a 1,070-space garage podium 
    • A dual-tower structure –– one tower rising 45 levels and the other 48 levels –– with a combined 832 residential units, 22,400 square feet of retail, and a 1,791-space garage podium
    • A 12-story, 244-key hotel building with 2,500 square feet of retail 
    • A 46-story, 336-unit building with 33,000 square feet of retail and 20,400 square feet of offices
    • A two-story townhouse structure with 36 homes

    Uptown Harbour will also feature more than 5.5 acres of open space and a waterfront promenade.
