What's new in The Moorings?

I've all the juicy "deets" for anyone who wants to know!

Luxurious, prestigious, and serene, this gated community has always been behind the scenes—silently shining with a burst of sheen.

But beyond The Moorings' gates, there's reason to elate, as this exclusive enclave sits at the heart of Coconut Grove's lively state, where fresh shops and eats have arrived, and everyone's in a hurry to celebrate!

Needless to say, around this slice of tropical elegance, new delights are always bound to captivate!

Here are 2 things new to watch for in The Moorings.

What's On the Menu? — New Dining Spots to Try Near The Moorings

Where: Across The Moorings

When: Happening Now!

2024 has been a fruitful year for Coconut Grove with its rising luxury developments and recent additions to its expansive dining scene.

In fact, if you're looking to try something new for brunch or just because you're in for a treat!

You see, three new restaurants have made their way moments from The Moorings, and they're the new eats to beat!

First on the list is Coconut Grove's newest steakhouse, La Cabrera Coconut Grove (2895 McFarlane Rd.), a 5-minute drive from The Moorings!

Opened last July 6, La Cabrera Coconut Grove brings a touch of baroque-style bistro charm with a menu centered around the rich traditions of Argentinian Asado, where you can enjoy hearty steaks, Argentinian specialties, wines, signature cocktails, and beers by the glass!

RedFarm (3131 Commodore Plaza), a 5-minute drive from The Moorings), the brainchild of China Grill Management's Jeffrey Chodorow and his Miami partner Alex Pirez, also made a debut last February, offering a blend of farm-to-table dining and classic American cuisine for locals who love good food and community.

Last but not least is Sereia (3540 Main Hwy), a new Coconut Grove restaurant by Portuguese celebrity chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, known for his two-Michelin-starred restaurant Alma, which opened last March, boasting modern, seafood-centric fare inspired by the Iberian coast and Sá Pessoa's travels — a stylish spot just 3 minutes from The Moorings!

So, go and eat to your heart's content — the world's best flavors are only moments away!
