What's new in Golden Beach?

Peaceful and private as most exclusive communities come, Golden Beach also has its fair share of "bombshells" and exciting surprises, especially when it comes to its residents' quality of life!
Brand-new facilities and community project proposals left and right — the news from the grapevine is that these changes are bound to take Golden Beach's waterfront lifestyle to the next level!
So, sit tight and relax as I put everything new in Golden Beach under the spotlight!

A New Civic Center Just Joined Miami's "Golden" Community!

The Golden Beach Town Hall is moving to a new location, and it's bigger, better, and fancier!
Set your sights on Golden Beach's newest community project, the Golden Beach Civic Center, a 25,412-square-foot, three-story building encompassing the Town Government offices!
Boasting a timeless contemporary design, the Golden Beach Civic Center was designed and constructed by Martin Architectural, Gerrits Construction, and J A&M Development, set to be the new "home" for Golden Beach's Town Council, Town Manager, Town Clerk, Finance Department, Residential Services office, Town Police Department, and the Town Council Chambers.
But that's not all!
The Golden Beach Civic Center will also offer a formal, user-friendly Entry Plaza, a community Terrace area, a Building & Zoning Department, and an Emergency Operations Center.
Meanwhile, its ground level will have 20 private parking spaces for City Officials and 23 parking slots for the public at the north and south sides of the building, alongside a 3-acre site for green spaces and recreation.
This Golden Beach project is the first of its kind with its unique safety emergency relief features, and it will officially open this April!

What's next for Golden Beach?
Well, the best is not over, if that's what you're thinking!
Since the Town Hall is moving to a new site, locals will welcome a new Wellness Center in its place, a massive fitness & recreation destination with state-of-the-art facilities, including a fully-equipped gym with free weights & assist machines, a group training & yoga room, an indoor kiddie play space, and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor covered pavilion!
Along with this, Tweedle Park will also undergo a major makeover, which will include hard-surface Tennis courts, a Turf Tennis court, Pickleball courts, new perimeter fencing, acoustic panels for sound mitigation, new drinking fountains, pathway lighting, and walkways!
Tweedle Park will also offer a junior basketball court, a recreational court shade pavilion, and a new dog park with play equipment!
Needless to say, more exciting changes are coming to Golden Beach, and we can't wait!
